Click to talk, also known as click-to-talk, click-to-call, click-to-chat and click-to-text, is a form of Web-based communication in which a person clicks an object (i.e. button, image or text) to request an immediate connection with another person in real-time either by phone call, Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP), or text. Click to talk requests are most commonly made on websites but can also be initiated by hyperlinks placed in email, blogs, wikis, flash animations or video, and other Internet-based object or user interfaces.

NW340 Solution

NW 340 Solution is a PBX type solution suitable for clients who have PBX (traditional PBX). A standard NW340 (exclude Web Operator) includes web800 software, and can be used for embedding into any HTML web page.

NW380 Solution

NW380 solution provides Direct Call module to integrate into SIP Trunk, Soft Switch, and PRI of the voice service providers. It is easy to be connected with telecommunication equipments, and is able to establish an operation edge by working with Billing System, Customer Management System. NW380 supports the maximum of 40,000 user base and 1,000 concurrent users which is the ideal solution for large corporations, government units, web platforms, and carriers.

 

Camangi provides two kinds of module to our clients.

  2. The case of NW380 applied to the level of telecom, eg. TWK. (http://www.0800.tw/). Combined Web Talk with ecommerce website such as travel, hotel, and online shopping to maximize the value of marketing and sales.

This solution applies to be the operator for enterprises of this new generation, allowing employees around the world to contact with headquarters through the web, reducing communication expenses during business travels. Moreover, this "Web operator" feature can be integrated with the " Intelligence Building" concept, playing the role as the communication tool of a community or building, including touch panels just click to talk with them.
