  Check Repair Status | Repair Policy

  • This system is currently available for orders placed and shipped to Taiwan and Japan. Application systems for other countries will be ready soon.

  • If you would like to ask for repair for the orders placed via other channels, please contact your local service providers directly. Shall you have any question, please email to ws_support@camangi.com, and we will reply to you as soon as possible. Thank you!

  • Please notice the important information as follows:
  1. Before delivering your product to Camangi Repair Center, please be aware that you are responsible for storing and/or backing up your data and/or contents and clear any security passwords. The storage data on your Camangi device or SD card may be reformatted during the service and your device will be returned to factory configuring with applicable updates.

  2. Please notice that you have to return all the package items to the repair center:
    WebStation: including Camangi WebStation (with stylus), 8G SD card, AC adapter, Headset with microphone, Stand, Pouch, Wipes, Quick Start Guide, Camangi WebStation Important Product Information.

    FM600: including Camangi FM600, AC adapter, Headset with microphone, Pouch, Quick Start Guide.

    If the Repair Center of Camangi find out any item is missing, not in its original condition, or damaged for any reason not due to our error after carefully inspection and evaluation, Camangi Repair Center has the right to decline the application for repair.
