Post Is there a better Android browser?
The browser is really disappointing. It can't even handle the sign in screen at my local internet cafe. Using the webstations at internet cafe's was one of the main reasons I bought it.

Is there a better browser out there that can handle the simple java used in most commercial websites?

Only two browsers available besides the native browser for the Webstation are the Dolphin Browser and Opera (Opera is only in beta as far as I know)

Opera can be found on their website I believe

Thanks, Dolphin runs very nicely. I get an error message when trying to install Opera though.

I still cannot log into my internet cafe. The hotspot software says it only supports the big browser names.

Is it possible the WS browser does not meet the security requirements -- SSL 128 bit encryption?

Thanks for your feedback.
WebStation can support SSL and TLS certainly.

You can not surf to internet might be casued by 3 reasons.
(1) Time and Date: Please make sure you have adjusted the time of your WebStation to the current/correct time first. Touch Settings->Date & time-> Automatic to adjust the time of your WebStation. Or, turn off the Automatic functionality to set and adjust the date and time yourself.
(For more information about the Date and time setting refers to User Manual->2.6 Date & time on page 29 and the User Nanual is located at http://www.camangi.com/download.html. )
(2)Browser: Please try to surf to internet use the default browser of WebStation in the internet cafe. If the default browser works, it means the problem might be caused by Opera or Dolphin browser, please contact the browser provider.
(3)Internet Enviroment: Please use the other mobile device to test it and contact the internet cafe clerk if more question happen.

Thanks.

I prefer Dolphin myself too. I love the tabs feature and the pre-installed options in the Home page. I tried Opera and got some errors.

Actually, I uninstalled Dolphin and installed Loccy's Better Browser which is essentially the standard browser slightly tweaked. For example, the annoying visual zoom menu can be turned off so it doesn't pop up every time you tap the screen.

Now, with the second software revision and Case Logic's Travel Keyboard, I am using my webstation much more.
